User interfaces (Computer systems) System testing is vital for Web application to assure its quality and it is required to assess the performance on acceptability of a Web based system such as educational portal. The Acceptance testing is derived part of custom systems development and it takes place after release testing. Education in Malaysia has encounter a massive changes from 90’s till 000’s from a paper-pencil, projector with LCD and portable device. The emerging trend of Web 2.0, Web 3.0 and blended learning has make learning management become interactive from being a traditional one in a classroom. The Technology Acceptance Model developed by Davis (1989) comprises two major beliefs which are perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Both have different degree delivery of how and what an individual adoption hence acceptance towards technology on information system use. The data analysis and reporting survey result takes fourth place in survey research method process. The Factor Analysis procedure was carried out and grouped the user acceptance items into four major components which are Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness, Content and Timeliness. There are 8 items for Satisfaction, 7 items for Perceived Usefulness and 4 items belongs to Content and Timeliness.
