| Summary: | This study is conducted in order to define various concept and understanding regarding the term sustainability. There are plenty school of thought regarding sustainable housing from all over the world. Therefore, it is necessary to understand what it means by the term through not only desk study but also case study. Next is to study guideline available in Malaysia in order to achieve sustainable housing. The elements and categories being evaluate by this particular guideline. Last but not least is to investigate the level of understanding of public regarding sustainable housing. Also to be find out is the level of acceptance of public at the end of this study, conclusion is made and few recommendations is given based on study conducted before. |
