The study was covers the process of producing a product to be produced based on demand and citizen of the country's population. Through this concept, it has grown to companies that carry out the construction development. This study is conducted to fulfill writer research objective to identify the concept of “Just In Time” (JIT) in Malaysia where to investigate which part of the concept “Just In Time” will be used in Malaysia industry construction. Besides, it also wants to determine whether the JIT concept can have a significant impact on small-scale project in terms of cost, time and quality. Methodology of this study carried out in four stages in order to get a source for the primary and secondary data. Primary data writer had drafted a sample of questionnaire and distributes to relevant respondents to get a feedback regarding research. Secondary data are collecting by reading books, journals and articles from related previous study. Respondent are dividing in 4 groups level which is project manager, engineer, site supervisor and staff officer. Locations of the research case study were in Selangor State (Pandan Indah, Serdang and Cheras) and Putrajaya. The analysis and finding give the result of study that implementing JIT at the site area.
