Summary:Knowledge of the dielectric properties of lossy dielectric materials is necessary for determining absorption of electromagnetic energy in lossy dielectric material and for understanding lossy dielectric material interaction with electromagnetic fields.For non-destructive testing of lossy dielectric materials, an algorithm is deveJoped for calculation of normalized input admittance of a smaller waveguide radiating into a larger waveguide. In this project,we describe a computer program using FORTRAN 77 for calculation of input admittance of a smaller waveguide radiating into a larger waveguide. Results are reported for input admittance of lossy dielectric slabs.
