This development is for ja’afar the owner of traditional cookies shop that establishes since 2003 and it is located at Muar, Johor. Semi-structure interview had listed several problem that faced by traditional cookies shop which is they now were used traditional operation business that is difficult in marketing and difficult to manage information. The objectives that need to be achieved are to identify the requirement of E-Cookies system, to design E-Cookies system by using rapid application development method and to develop and demonstrate E-Cookies system. The researcher choose rapid application development (RAD) model as the project methodology because the most suitable method to be used for development of ecookies web based application. The phase involve in rad method are requirement planning, user design, construction and cutover. But the researcher plan to implement rad methodology until the third phase only which is construction phase because the time is not enough for the researcher to do all tasks until cutover phase. The result of the research is the development of E-Cookies system which involves several processes such as registration, view product, check availability, booking process and add, update and delete information and also generate report. From the result, it is hope that E-Cookies system is able to enlarge business area and able to market the product and services in simpler way.
