The service quality in the resort environment will help to increase customer satisfaction. The right SERVQUAL dimension used to measure the customer satisfaction based on the service quality offered by the Be/um Rainforest Resort. The SERVQUAL dimensions are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research study comes out with a result that measure the customer satisfaction.
