Pilot nationwide e-learning provision in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia : Issues and challenges
The paper describes the pilot project (Nationwide eLearning) by the Ministry of Higher Education, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to deliver e-learning throughout the Kingdom. It will also discusses issues and challenges encountered and the lessons learnt.
