Conduct profiling of social media risky behavior with an identification of behavior pattern that contribute to a youth as potential victim. The study was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, risky behavior among youth through social media was identified using online survey randomly involving 384 youth across Malaysia. In second phase, pattern of risky behavior profiled through a data analytics tool called Rapid Miner. The most frequent social media risky behavior are profiled against other characteristics such as gender, age and hours spend on social media. One of the significant findings found was male with at least 3.5 hours spend on the social media, unchecked URLs, post personal picture have higher risk to become the potential victims with scored 97% occurrence of true. This profiling social media patterns contribute to detect potential victims of cyber security attacks among youth.
