Summary: | An integrated system will portray a strong relationship among its components, exactly like Islam, when viewed or critiqued only on a component independent of other sub-components and its axis, one will not be able to view it (the religion) with balanced perspective. Through this Chapter, I attempted to relate the ‘Ibadah camp’s resolutions with the talks and forums of the event with the intention to establish some perceived relationships between the two - the resolutions and the talks and forums. Next, I tried to relate the preceding two components with the mission of the University, acronymed as IIICE, Qawa’id al-Fiqhiah (specific legal principles), Maqasid al-Shari’a (objectives of the Shari’a Islamiah), Ma’ruf (goodness) vs. Munkar (evil), Tawhid (Kalima Shahada), Qur’an and Ahadith, and Personality (Man as servant and vicegerent). It is important to comprehend the linkages, failing which one will not be able to comprehend Islam as a system and be practiced as a system. |
