Students of HLIs are targeted for the preliminary study because they represent the impact of relevant environmental exposure in primary and secondary schools and now at HLIs. The study has developed a special-purpose scaled research instrument to assess collective Islamic concepts which include bait al-mal, zakat and waqf.
