Theosophy, etc إنّ حديث الهمّ بتحريق بيوت المتخلفين عن الصلاة باختلاف رواياته حسب اطلاع الباحث عليه يعتبر من الأحاديث المشكلة، لما فيه من بعض الإشكالات التي تدخل ضمن دائرة مشكل الحديث من ادعاء وجود تعارض بينه وبين حديث (لا يعذّب بالنار إلا ربّ النّار)، واختلاف بعض رواياته وطرقه مع بعضها، بالإضافة إلى اختلاف الفقهاء في اجتهادهم في الحديث لإطلاقات ألفاظه، وكذلك اتخاذه ذريعة لتشويه صورة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم وذلك بالاعتراض على قيامه بالتّحريق. وعليه فقد جاء هذا البحث محاولا إزالة طرح هذه الإشكالات والردّ عليها، فتناول البحث الحديث من جانب ثبوته فتوصّل إلى أنّه صحيح بكل رواياته وطريقه، كما تناول الإشكاليات بالتفصيل مع الردّ عليها The ḥadīth which mentions the desire of Prophet Muḥammad to burn down the houses of the hypocrites who did not join the congregational prayer is considered as one of the problematic ḥadīths discussed by scholars. Several issues such as its contradiction to other ḥadīth and the obligatory status of congregational prayer implied by the text have been often raised. This research retraces the lines of transmission of the ḥadīth and evaluates their statuses. It also deals with four main problems related to the text of the ḥadīth. The findings reveal that the ḥadīth is a sound ḥadīth and the contradictions were mainly due to its multiple versions which can be reconciled and solved.
