High-end ultrasonography(US)complimented by Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)are currently used for this purpose hence allowing early planning,intervention and mode of delivery.We illustrate a case of conjoint twin in a young Orang Asli who presented with thoracophagus conjoint twin.
