The first of three, this volume focuses on the contributions of al-Marḥūm Professor Tan Sri Dr. Muhammad Abdul Rauf, who served the IIUM as her first Rector from 1983 to 1988.
Many among us neither had the chance to learn and drink from the fountain of his vast knowledge, experiences and wisdom, nor had met him in person to walk about being in his midst. We believe, having this book in our hands, and feasting on the information presented on its pages is next to best in learning from and about his experiences and knowledge.
