The text thoroughly examines the most recent discoveries from both experimental and clinical investigations, emphasizing the crucial importance of different nutrients and dietary treatments in the management and recovery of traumatic brain injury (TBI). We focus specifically on the influence of macronutrients and micronutrients on key processes such as neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and neuroplasticity. The chapter highlights the significance of customized nutrition regimens designed specifically for individual TBI patients, including the most suitable time, dose, and ways of delivering nutrients. Moreover, it tackles the pragmatic obstacles involved in converting laboratory findings into clinical practice. The chapter’s objective is to provide health-care practitioners, researchers, and policymakers with practical ideas to improve recovery outcomes for patients with traumatic brain injuries, thereby closing the existing gap. The use of various tables helps clarify intricate nutritional concepts and their implementation in TBI therapy, promoting an integrated strategy that gives priority to nutritional issues.
