It identifies limitations in the existing development and challenges faced by the community. Consequently, it proposes GI design solutions for optimal use of the spaces to benefit the community, their social activities, the environment or even the economy. It is aimed at shared prosperity, well-being, and societal harmony for the B40 community. It makes calls to the government, developers, and local authorities to modify their approach to a more healthy, quality, and sustainable housing development.
