Summary:ABSTRACT The study explores pertinent issues about developing knowledge culture and its implications for peace and sustainable developments within the context of a secular state. The study also revisits government policies and mechanisms for the advancement of cultural and civilizational interactions. In addition, the study aims to suggest avenues for the integration of knowledge projects which will place Muslim education in a new positive light in the eyes of humanity. The methodology of the study is qualitative. It relies on primary sources such as government documents, unpublished works, and interviews, in addition to library research. The study recommends the recognition of the tawhidic approach and its relevance in building bridges and channels of academic, scientific, and technical cooperation with other systems and educational institutions at both local and national levels. Thus, the study promotes the concept of integration of knowledge in serving the interest of the country and beyond.
