This is due to construction organizations appraise the projects and make decision for project investment. Therefore, there is a need to review the efforts of construction teams to introduce and implement the sustainability principles in construction projects towards successful completion. The issues of sustainable construction of infrastructure projects in Malaysia are still new, therefore there are little to none in depth studies on infrastructure projects built that do not meet the essential criteria of sustainability. The aim of this research project is to establish project management critical success factors for successful and sustainable completion of construction projects.
