Summary:The statistical chart readings of temperature and relative humidity (RH) in manufacturing facilities are usually deviated from the standard range specification and conditions which will probably affect the product quality, human comfort and operation of machines. This paper performs the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation of temperature and relative humidity (RH) distribution over large manufacturing industries’ facility. The minimum and maximum temperature readings were obtained as 16 ͦC and 25 ͦC respectively, while average temperature is 25 ͦC. The minimum and maximum relative humidity readings were attained as 40% and 52% respectively, while average relative humidity is 51.2%. The acquired outcomes from CFD simulation is compared with the findings of previous real-time measurement of temperature and relative humidity (RH) readings, to identify the errors in accuracy of the readings.
