Summary: | Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is a process of transferring power to any load without using wires. WPT technology has help public in term of their devices portability and conveniences. There are two types of wireless power transfer which are Inductive Power Transfer (IPT) and Capacitive Power Transfer (CPT). This project investigate IPT for small gap applications, focusing on coil parameters in affecting efficiency of WPT. Coils with different number of turns is implemented to determine the maximum power and distances in power transfer. |
