The paper is written to understand the reason why the system need to be developed and the benefits to the coordinator and postgraduate students. But, of course, in order to develop a system, there is need to understand the business process and the business requirement. There is also a need to understand the challenges and advantages of writing the paper publications to align with the business process and business requirement. Otherwise, the system could be categorized as another failed project in the industry. |
