This research is aim to provide a recommendation for future improvement forE-Learning system that is being used in Universiti Teknologi Petronas (UTP). The research will be using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology as the guideline to carry out the study. RAD design has continuous prototyping cycles, by which is an essential element for system environment study and its behavior like the trial-and-error. RAD also emphasize on the importance of finishing the study in-time. It is to be expected that all of the discussion and recommendation be properly understand and accepted. To summarize, the project study will bring about greater benefits for students and lecturers in UTP as the learning portal is a main medium of interaction between them during their study period here in this university.
