Computer science In today's digitally empowered world, a growing number of young people are making use of online shopping platforms to improve shopping habits. This includes Klang Valley Undergraduate students increasingly relying on online shopping platforms for their purchasing needs. This study investigates the online shopping habits of undergraduate students in the Klang Valley area using quantitative research methods. Utilizing a online survey as the instrument for measurement, data was collected to analyse the online shopping behaviours, preferences, and trends among undergraduate students in Klang Valley. The study aimed to provide insights into the factors influencing online shopping habits, the frequency of online purchases, preferred platforms, and the impact of various variables on the online shopping patterns of undergraduate students in the Klang Valley. The findings of this research will be able to contribute to a better understanding of the online shopping patterns among undergraduate student consumers. This deeper understanding of the communication perspectives in online shopping can inform strategic decisions for more effective research and engagement among undergraduate consumers. The research also explains the importance of effective communication strategies in capturing the attention and loyalty of undergraduate level online shoppers.
