Thus, the previous research that done by other researchers will be adopted in this research in order to develop the hypotheses in this research study. The objective of this research study is trying to investigate and identify the relationship between independents variables (quality of life, job satisfaction, compensation package) and dependent variable (brain drain). A self-administered questionnaire was selected to collect the firsthand data from the respondent and 200 respond is successfully collected in Selangor. SPSS was used to test the collected data and conduct the result such as pilot test, Descriptive Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result show that the factors are significant to the brain drain in Malaysia. To conclude this research, the summary of descriptive analysis, discussion of major findings, implication of the study and the limitation of the study will be discussed in this research study.
