Summary:The Non-Financial Performance (NFP) is a set of indicators that helps an organization to achieve its objectives through the administration activities or the employees’ work. This paper scrutinizes NFP dimensions and how they help the organization to reach its objectives. The foci are on productivity, employees’ satisfaction, workforce development, and innovation as dimensions of NFP and their relation with organization success. NFP is directly related to the managers, employees and work environment. It reflects the organization ability to achieve its strategic objectives and prosperity i.e. to stay and adapt continuously, grow by responding to internal environmental changes, adapting to the external environment continuously and adapting to future events, which is an important factor for any effort to achieve organizational performance. In other words, NFP is a general concept divided into multiple concepts which need to be taken into account for the success of any organization.
