Jordan is considered the fifth largest country in the word in the field of health tourist. Nurses can perform and play an important role in putting the country in a competitive position and creating a mark in the healthcare sector. Nurse researchers have to conduct studies and disseminate the results concerning work factors that will enhance nurse’s performance.
