Summary:This research deals with the policy and role of the World Islamic Call Society which was founded by the Libyan government in early seventies of the last century, and discuss its main activities of advocacy and call to Islam in African countries, in addition to that the study cover the various advocacy and supporting programs to call for Islam through its centers in Africa. This research study and analyze the ways that adopted by the World Islamic Call Society to perform its main mission and its cultural, educational and humanitarian message based from the most important African cities, and explain how the Assembly since its establishment was successful to conduct its Islamic and humanitarian message to reach most parts of Africa. This research discusses the successes of the World Islamic Call Society through supporting hundreds of mosques and religious schools located in Africa , as well as institutes and colleges, medical centers, established by or contributed to the establishment, or sponsored in cooperation with the whom supervising on it. The research shows the attention of the Assembly about the media and cultural work and their different aspects, and confirming the Islamic values and ideas and establishing these values in African societies, also they research will highlight the Assembly role in the establishment of radio broadcasting and publication of newspapers, magazines and periodicals and production of audio and video tapes that support the goals of the World Islamic Call Society. The study aims to clarify the emergence of the World Islamic Call Society and its importance to Muslims and the developed work of the Assembly in order to spread Islam in the right way in non-Muslim African countries where Muslims represent the minority, also discuss the policy of the assembly in these countries.
