Secondly, Islamic values were implemented during the time of the kingdom of Dayanu Ihsanuddin through the Martabat Tujuh Constitution. Thirdly, Islamic thought and laws were propagated during the 5th Buton Kingdom by the religious teacher Haji Abdul Ghani.
