description The study examines deliberates the influence of trust, communication and commitment on employee performance in a shared service advertising organization in Malaysia, with the objectives, to examine the relationship between trust and employee’s performance; to examine the relationship between communication and employee’s performance and to examine the relationship between commitment and employee’s performance. The collected primary and secondary data were analysed using descriptive and Pearson and Multiple correlation analysis. It was observed that the Pearson Correlation of trust and employee performance is 0.812. Additionally, the connotation amid communication and employee performance is relatively low which is 0.743 and the relationship amongst commitment and employee performance is 0.759. This result distinguished that the correlation between trust and employee was literally high comparatively to another variable. The R-squared of multiple regression is 0.634 this indicates that 63% of the difference in employee perception can be explained by commitment, communication and trust. Additionally, the correlation coefficient amid the independent variables (trust, communication and commitment) and dependent variable (Employee Performance) is 0.796. The regression coefficient is 0.796, this indicates that demand on trust, commitment and communication towards the employee performance. Finally, the p value (0.000) of trust is less than 0.01, this may elucidate there is significant positive relationship toward trust on employee performance. Taking all the issues and factors into consideration, the thesis makes some recommendations for developing a strong influence of trust, communication and commitment on employee performance for the future. Some of these recommendations are: 1) to steer the study to diverse states in Malaysia and 2) to have extended research in diverse business perhaps telecommunication industry, automobile industry, and food industry etc. The set of recommendations have been proposed for laying the foundation towards influence of trust, communication and commitment on employee performance in a shared service advertising organization.
