Therefore, this research is vital in order to know whether relationship between SME and the bank exist and is there implications toward this relationship. Apart from that, this study will also identify sectors that could directed to this relationship. The finding of this research will show that there is a significant relationship between products, relationship period, attained information and the bank quantity. In addition, this study will let the readers understand the banker relationship concept with the customer which effected the bank and the customer. Finally, this study will also measured general view related to SME in Malaysia. |
