| description | The aim of this project is to design and to develop a courseware entitled Introduction to Computers on a CD-ROM. The targer users of this courseware are the UTM students who enroll in courses such as Introduction to Computers, Basic Programming, Pascal Programming and Fortran Programming. With this courseware, students will be able to enhance their undestanding on Computers and Information Processing without any assistance from the lecturer. This courseware will include multimedia and hypermedia technology. This project adapts the Rapid-prototyping and the Spiral method with some modifications in order to meet the needs of the technology used in the project. The first phase of this new approach is the requirement analysis phase. It is then followed by a combination of the design and the development phase as the second phase. The third phase combines the implementation with the testing phase. The final phase is the delivery and maintenance phase. |
