description The research on supply chain management of clean water is still lacking and requires immediate study to enhance the reference in this area. In response, the research is motivated to explore the community insight on the factor that affects the effectiveness of the clean water supply chain management during the water supply disruption. Through an extensive literature review, a model is developed and used to investigate variables that influence the effectiveness of the supply chain management of clean water among the residents in Beaufort, Sabah. Quantitative methods, through the distribution of survey questionnaires using the Google platform, were used to distribute the questionnaire via WhatsApp and email to the respondent. The finding found a significant impact of the facility, inventory, transportation, information, sourcing, and pricing on the effectiveness of clean water supply. It serves as a preliminary input to improve the management of the clean water supply during the disruption.
