Summary:The increase in online purchases indicates an increase in demand and purchase of goods online. Most of the factors that have been studied by previous studies show positive factors in influencing online purchases. However, consumers using online shopping is due to the increase in purchases to get the desired item. The objective of this study is to examine e-commerce platforms and the factors that influence the behavior of UTHM students when buying online. In order to study the behavior of UTHM students, the researcher used a quantitative method which was to use a questionnaire that was distributed to the respondents. The data obtained from the questionnaire will be collected and analyzed using the "IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS)" software. There are four factors that are studied in influencing online purchasing behavior which are convenience, popularity and security, trust and also satisfaction. Respondents consisted of students from Universiti Tun Hussien Onn Malaysia, Parit Raja, Johor. The results of the study found that all factors have a positive and significant relationship with the behavior of UTHM students in making online purchases
