Bee larvae is considered one of the demanding supplement products as it comprises various essential substances to the human body. Nonetheless, the issue arises when consuming bee larvae-based products seems contradictory to that of the prohibition of killing the bee which has been clearly mentioned in the prophet’s Hadiths. Hence, the present study aims at explaining the permissibility of eating the bee larvae from the perspective of Islamic law. The analytical approach is adopted to analyze the scholarly texts and opinions with regard to the issue of consuming bee larvae.
