Defatted kenaf seed meal (DKSM) : prospective edible flour from agricultural waste with high antioxidant activity

The present study reports nutritional composition, phenolic content and antioxidant activity of defatted kenaf seed meal (DKSM) in comparison to wheat, rice and sweet potato flours.
