After confirmation of the structure by using XRD analysis and optical properties using Uv�vis spectroscopy. Hall-effect and photoelectrochemical-performance were conducted for the purpose of studying electrical and photoresponse properties. A twofold- heterostructure (n-n-p) type of the deposition PbS on CdS/ZnO has confirmed from Hall-results.
