The algorithm enables software agents to conduct negotiations and autonomously make decisions. The algorithm consists of eight steps which are submit solutions, review solutions weights, solutions pair ranking, set a plan, select the plan, form coalition, review coalitions strength, and re-evaluate coalition. We first present the algorithm architecture then the related definition and formulation of each step and subsequently demonstrate the complete operation of the proposed algorithm using pseudocode. Springer International Publishing AG 2018.
