Simulink/MATLAB implementation of bioinformatics blast algorithm
The goal of this project is to implement the BLAST algorithm in a collection of Simulink blocks. Each Simulink blocks will represent part of the BLAST algorithm. Literature review has been carried out in order to study on the pervious work done related to the project.
