In conjunction, it leads to environmental hazards to all living mechanisms such as carbon footprints, the threat to animals and toxic. This is an after effect caused by improper & inefficient management of plastic waste. It is found that Polypropylene (PP) contributes about 24.3% in municipal plastic waste, which is the largest comparatively because it has higher hardness and rigidity but has lower density compared to HDPE plastic which makes it used more often in various productions by the plastic industry. Therefore, pyrolysis which is one of the energy recovery methods discovered by scientists to recover bio-oil from plastics since plastics are made out of petroleum has selected to transforms this PP plastic into useful bio-oil. The Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) process was used to conduct the pyrolysis process. Furthermore, the Coast-Redfern method was used to study the kinetic analysis of this experiment. Due Orthogonal Array (OA) design tends to assume that there is no interaction between variables that may lead to an inconsistency in the identification of the crucial variables, therefore, the T-Method 1 design method was used to simulate and identify the optimized experiment parameter for this experiment condition. Apart from that, it is also used to predict the expected outcome with given parameters of factors. To run the simulation MATLAB software was used. From the results, it is found that the maximum percentage error is 15.3548% and the minimum percentage error is 0.9257% between the actual and the predicted value of activation energy. The correlation of coefficient obtain is 0.7977 which defines the reliability of this simulation algorithm as good reliability.
