Summary:Civil service employees face mounting pressures in the evolving post pandemic work environment. Addressing these challenges requires strategic, evidence-based initiatives that strengthen both individual and organisational resilience. This article proposes the concept of Human Resilience Library (HRL) as an innovative wellbeing hub for the Sarawak Civil Service in Sarawak, leveraging an office corner to deliver psychoeducational resources, skills training and peer suppor.t. Drawing on studies from 2020 to 2025, the HRL concept integrates curated collections, programme offerings, safe spaces, and evaluation mechanisms to enhance psychological wellbeing and reduce burnout. The article outlines the rationale, core components, implementation roadmap, and expected benefits of HRL, positioning it as a cost efficient, culturally responsive, and replicable approach to building resilience in public sector workplaces.
