The highlight of the evening was a talk by Dr. Ikmi Nur Oktavianti, M.A., a linguistics lecturer from the English Education Department at Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Dr. Ikmi delivered an engaging and informative presentation titled “Common Mistakes in Opinion Essays, and How to Avoid Them”. Through real examples and expert advice, she guided students on identifying frequent errors and improving their writing strategies. |
