analysis of the organization's records and adopted a deductive descriptive technique. The
general performance in the domains of work and its methods in ISESCO, along with the
existence of mechanisms for developing the general performance in ISESCO, are compatible
with indicators of human development. The researcher then gave a series of
recommendations and research studies based on the study's findings that will help the
Organisation develop and improve its employees' performance.
