Therefore, this report will discuss about the defects that usually can be found in any building project. The site visit for this report had been carried at Taman Salman, Kuala Krai, Kelantan. In advance, the usual defects that occur in a house are hairline cracking. It can be said that hairline cracking are the most famous defects that attack houses in every states around Malaysia. The reason why it happened is because of the weather changes that make the wall contract and expend which causes the hairline to form. This had leaded it to be a nightmare to the developers as it would cost a lot to do the redemption and also required a longer time to be completed.
