| Summary: | Tabung Haji Merlimau Branch is a corporate institution that provides various services, especially related to Hajj. The Tabung Haji was established in 2000 and the opening ceremony of the branch was completed by YAB Datuk Abu Zahar Bin Ithnin. The first location of the establishment of the Tabung Haji Merlimau Branch is in a lot of Mara buildings that were rented before they moved to a new, more strategic Area on Jalan BMU 7, Bandar Barn Merlimau Utara. In this report, I provide about the history of the establishment of the Tabung Haji Merlimau Branch, the vision and mission of the Tabung Haji, the organization chart of the Tabung Haji Merlimau Branch and the services provided. However, the most important part in this report is the SWOT analysis that has been carried out and the recommendations for servicing that can be made by the Tabung Haji Merlimau Branch to improve the quality of the work and be one of the best branches in Malaysia that provide higher quality services to the customers. |
