| Summary: | The purpose of this study was to identify the Usage of E-Commerce Among The Employee (Focus on Trust, Privacy and Security) toward customer satisfaction at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Rompin, Pahang. The scope of this research was the employees at Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah Rompin. The data of this study were gathered through the distribution of questionnaires and used of convenience sampling for selected from the total population for all department. In this study, the data collected were analyzed by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 21.0. The result identified that there was a high related from the usage of e-commerce with customer satisfaction. |
