Summary:Business survival depends on the assured continuity of core business activities and supporting services: business continuity (BC). The most important reason organizations develop business continuity (BC) plans is to ensure they have a plan in place prior to a disaster occurring, thereby facilitating the speedy and cost effective recovery of core business activities following a disaster. But a plan is only as good as your ability to implement it — and your ability to implement it will be highly dependent upon how well your staff members. Hence, this paper analyzes the challenges that the staff or worker may be face while implementing the BCM plan. This study is basically used the qualitative research method and personal interview for the data collection method so that it can be meaningful for the researcher throughout the study.
