Although those process were done for the same portion and layer, different results have recorded because of several factor that influence of their machining properties. Outer layer of the oil palm from bottom portion gives better performance in machining process compared with the top and middle portion. However middle portion of oil palm lumber also can be used in machining process if proper machining technique is adopted in futher study. |
