Summary:The aim of this study is to investigate the behaviour of employers in Employment of PwDs, acceptance, rights od PwDs and also coping strategies towards why Persons with Disabilities in Seremban are not getting employed by employers from organizations. This research used a quantitative method involving 50 employers or respondents in Seremban, Malaysia through a questionnaire. This research indicates that the unemployment of PwDs in Seremban is influenced by the acceptance of PwDs in the organizations, not knowing the rights of PwDs and also the coping strategies of PwDs in organizations. The result of this study shows that the employment of PwDs have an important relationship with acceptance of PwDs, rights of PwDs and also coping strategies. Therefore, the government and also NGOs should take a responsible action in creating awareness for all of the employers especially in Seremban, Malaysia so that the lives of PwDs in Seremban is more secured and able to live their lives respectively. This study also provides the awareness towards employers and exposure to them about the existence of PwDs which will help the PwDs in the future by recruiting them.
