This quantitative survey study was conducted on 392 respondents, selected through purposive sampling techniques. Questionnaires were distributed through email and on social media. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Sample T-Test and One Way Anova through SPSS version 23. Based on the findings, many respondents agree that parents or guardians do not intend to take their children for immunization because of the halal issue (m =3.06). The overall mean for vaccine halal issue is also elevated (m=2.97). The majority of respondents from the urban area are more worried in terms of halal vaccine issue compared to those from the rural area.
