I choose to do this service because many people in Puncak Alam or in Uitm Puncak Alam wanted to be in better shape, lose weights and gain lean muscles but they just do not really know how to do it and their workout plan is not helping them. Therefore, I will share my knowledge and experience to those people that needed it through my workout sessions with them. |
