| Summary: | Intellectual capital management especially in knowledge management is now rapidly growing and become very importance to a certain industries. Knowledge Management has now become a mainstream priority for companies of all sizes. Knowledge management is one activity that is very interesting to be implement in organization in Malaysia. Knowledge management can be in the form of idea management systems that allow ideas and suggestions to be captured and shared online. Many organizations are now engaged in Knowledge Management (KM) efforts in order to leverage knowledge both within their organization and externally to their stakeholders and customers. Knowledge management can helps organization increase their productivity, accelerate growth of their employee to bring the organization to greater heights, helps to retain and grow skill to remain competitive. The purpose of this research is to identify the level of knowledge management in overall and to identify the factor of knowledge management implementation in private company organization. Four factors that used by researcher was strategy and leadership, corporate culture, human resource elements and information technology. Questionnaire is a method being used to collect the data. Descriptive and regression analysis are used to identify the level and the dominant factor of knowledge management. The result of this research is information technology is the most dominant factor for most company in Malaysia and second factor that contribute for this research is human resource element. |
